All  selected papers will be published in the proceedings which will be in
CD-ROM form. The pdf-files provided by the authors must be prepared in
accordance to the requirements given in the instructions. Please check your pdf-file carefully.
   Papers that do not follow the above rules will not be included in the
proceedings.
   All authors  will be invited to submit their articles to be published in
special volumes of some main scientific journals of the area. At the moment it has been confirmed a special volume of the Journal Mathematical Problems in Engineering (http://mpe.hindawi.com/), other journals are being contacted. More information will soon be available in this web page
